Definitely recommend! I booked an appointment rather than walk in because I can see how busy they are whenever I pass the shop. I can see why. They got me in right on schedule and had my job finished in a reasonable time. Harry went above and beyond by doing a free diagnostic on my check engine light, which I'd been ignoring because I had old evidence that it was just a faulty gas-cap gasket (no big deal). Harry's diagnostic showed I actually have a new problem with a sensor, gave me an estimate, and was kind enough to let me know the low urgency of the issue so I could make the decision to address it later when budget allows. Great way to start a trust relationship on my first visit!
