Now a believer.. We started our carpet search, check out several stores and those the pricing was all fairly similar we agreed we felt most comfortable with Jamie at carpet one and settled on a date to have our carpet installed. All was good until 3 days prior to the install when we found out our carpet had been shipped wrong and the new carpet wouldn't be produced for 3 more weeks. Before we could even explain how displeased we were Jamie had said he had already talked to the manufacturer and got them to cover the cost on using the same carpet we chose but in a slightly better grade! and the best part was we didn't even have to change our arranged date! talk about turning a frown upside down! carpet was installed about a week and a half ago(just in time for thanks giving) and we are very pleased with the results. thanks so much for all your extra efforts. sorry for rambling MA

Big Time Store with the Small Town Feel!!! Great family owned and run store in the heart of Georgetown. Customer service is what Georgetown Carpet Barn is all about. These guys helped me design my garage floor, provided all the product and helpful tips. During my installation of the floor, I made a last minute change. One call to Carpet Barn and Jamie delivered the needed item within 15 minutes. The only place to buy Flooring products in Halton Hills.

What can i say but WOW!! I was seriously begin to wonder where true service had gone.. but pleasantly surprised to have found it here. carpet barn was awesome at making things easy and fitting to my strict budget. The installers Ryan and Rob were super friendly and great to have in my home. My hardwood looks amazing and happy to share!
