With a belief in constantly learning how the varying seasonal conditions impact the distinct flavours, textures and focus of their wines, Rosewood Winery in the Niagara Peninsula chooses not to add any exogenous products, such as selected yeast, nutrients or fining agents to further cloud the already complex matrix of wine.

Rosewood believes a wine’s first job is to be delectable. They are constantly tasting and experimenting in order to perfect their technique, with a focus not on automation, but exploration, learning and growth.
