White Sage Is a First Nations & Metis 'Medicine'. It can be used to purify the mind, body, and spirit prior to meditation, prayers or ceremonies. It can also be used to remove negative energy and negative spirits from a space and creates a barrier preventing negativity from re-entering.

White Sage on its own represents the "earth" element. When you light it, you add the "fire" element. Combine it with a shell or a dish with water for the "water" element, and lastly use a feather to disperse the smoke to bring in the "air" element.

We recommend pairing this with "Sweetgrass" another Aboriginal medicine, which is used to draw in positivity after clearing with the  White Sage.
