I brought my iPhone 5s in for a new screen at 12:30pm after calling in to inquire about cost and time of service. I was told 30 minutes. I returned at 3pm and was told that another 20 minutes was necessary but I had to pick my child up from daycare so I was unable to wait. I was told that opening time was 10:30am and that the phone would be ready the following morning at this time yet it has been over 24 hours and the "same day service" has still not been provided. What a disrespectful Mickey Mouse operation! Be careful being nice with these people, they will take advantage of you!
