 Our old furnace and AC were on their last legs back in 2019. Both systems had needed minor repairs to stay running up to that point, usually performed by whoever was available last-minute. We wanted new units and dutifully obtained three quotes, finally picking a Carrier package to be installed by Asbuilt. The installation crew was terrific; the basement was probably cleaner when they left than when they arrived. It has saved noticeably on natural gas & electricity and is less than half the noise level of the old one. Semiannual checkups by Asbuilt techs make sure we are ready for either extreme of temperature. Five years later we are still delighted with our decision.
